Computer on but no signal to monitor

Basically, I just bought a Samsung 4k Blu Ray player (UBD-M7500) to play UHD discs on the TV and actually benefit from it being a 4k TV.

• Dell u2414h connected via native miniDP->DP cable to my Asus EAH6850 in DP 1.2 mode. It worked without a problem for a week, but today I switched on my PC and all I see on display "There is no signal coming from your computer"
