( Model # CTX17KAZGRWH, Serial # AT823592) 2 days ago I noticed the icecubes in the trays stopped freezing - they'd get a little icy, but wouldn't freeze solid. Then I noticed the food in the freezer was thawing and the fridge wasn't getting all that cold.

Hotpoint RFA52S Fridge and freezer not cold enough May 19, 2017 · I will try and help with this problem the first thing you need to check , is the Motor constantly running, if so I suspect you are low on gas or you have a compressor problem, as this Hotpoint RFA52S Fridge freezer is a conventional system and not a fan assisted therefore if the freezer is -18 the fridge will get cold . if the compressor is not running then you may have a faulty starter
