Sep 11, 2008 · I have Verizon now, I am out of contract. I just talked to a Sprint rep who was at my business trying to sign people up (we get 25% off). I know that both are CDMA but the Verizon folks have told me in the past that Sprint does NOT have access to all of their towers, so the Verizon signal is better than Sprint. I'd expect congestion in many areas to start, however. The reason I say this is because the two bands that sprint utilizes for Low and Mid Band LTE tend to get congested very quickly as is, so with many of those people now pulling from T-Mobile's towers the speed will likely take a dive at least for a while.
